Thank you!!! Joe -- jjgunn First - Make sure that you have all email scanning options turned off in your antivirus program. If you have Norton or McAfee, uninstall it. They are not compatible with Vista and will corrupt Windows Mail and more. Use the free Avast or AVG instead. Second - Check and see if you have a stuck (undeletable) message in one of your mailbox folders. Probably going to be your inbox. If you do have a stuck message, then see this link on how to get rid of it. Windows Mail problems Hope this helps, Shawn |

| | Re: NOT receiving email!!! Can you access your mailbox on the server via webmail? That would let you know if there are messages ready to be downloaded. If your ISP doesn't provide webmail access, use http://mail2web.com. Make sure you are not running a non-compatible antivirus program like Norton or McAfee. | | Re: NOT receiving email!!! Just want to throw my 2 cents in. I've been running Norton 360 with Vista for several months - no problems.
