The message probably refers to your mailbox on your ISP. To clear out that
mailbox you will need to open your mailbox on the ISP site and clear it from
Windows mail is getting the mail from the ISP mailbox, placing it in your
local hard disk and allowing you to see/delete it from the local hard disk.
A copy of the mail is being left on the ISP server in case you want to look
at it from the web or another computer.
This mode of operation can be changed to delete the mail from the ISP server
when it is copied to your hard disk.
double click (to get properties) the mail account giving the error message
use advanced tab
in bottom, uncheck the leave a copy of message on server box.
This will keep your mailbox on the server from filling up in the future, you
will still have to clean it up by going to your ISP (with your web browser)
and removing all the stored mail there.
