When I exported my WMail messages and then imported them into another box
using the WM 'import' function, the sub folders i created under the Inbox

If they weren't there, then you can manually import them by dragging the eml
files and dropping them overtop a WinMail message list. See
www.oehelp.com/backup.aspx#wm
