Windows Mail account suddenly stopped working

Hi
My WinMail account has been working fine for several weeks, but suddenly it
has stopped sending or receiving mail. I get the following error message:

The host 'mail.busymummy.co.uk' could not be found. Please verify that you
have entered the server name correctly.
Account: 'mail.busymummy.co.uk', Server: 'mail.busymummy.co.uk', Protocol:
POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 11001, Error Number:
0x800CCC0D

I do not have email scanning on my antivirus (avast), I have changed the
outgoing port to 587, I have run Wmutil. The host name can't be wrong as it
worked two days ago and I have not changed anything.

Can you suggest anything else?

Re: Windows Mail account suddenly stopped working

For the name of the mail server, try busymummy.co.uk instead of
mail.busymummy.co.uk.

Re: Windows Mail account suddenly stopped working

Thanks. I have the benefit of having worked professionally in
the web hosting and mail support field, so this stuff is
second nature to me.
Incidentally, the DNS for that domain specified busymummy.co.uk
as the mail server name.
