Removing mail

How do I remove Mail and re-install OE ?

Mail is such a MAJOR step BACKWARDS, from OE

The search function does NOT work. PERIOD

Blocking news groups posters who do not put an email addres is
impossible

If you add a name to the blocked sender list, it does NOT get removed
right away. And MAYBE it will be removed the next time you go back to that
newsgroup

Everytime you open a group folder, your last message that you have
marked unread to keep, gets marked read even though you want ot keep it
unread.
OE waits for the download of more recent messages and highlights the
last recent message downloaded, leaving your "saved" messages untouched

And these are just a few gripes off the top of my head.

Re: Removing mail

You can't remove Windows Mail, nor can you install OE in Vista.

Incidentally, OE did its blocking of news groups posters by email
address also, so nothing new there.

Windows Mail is dead as far as new development. All development
work is going into Windows Live Mail. If you want a say-so about
WLM's features, post them in the WLM newsgroup.
