sever failed

I have the wrong sever information. How do I know who my server is? How do I
get back into it and change it.

Your ISP should have supplied this information to you. Most of the good
ones have web pages that show you how to setup your e-mail client. Check
that out first.

Hi Felicia,

Contact your ISP or email account provider or visit their website for the email setup. They can tell you their specific server names and should walk you through it.

To change it in Windows Mail:
1. Click Tools.
2. Click Accounts.
3. Select the email account and click Properties.
4. Click the Servers tab

Hope this helps,
Shawn
