I cannot remove an email.

message. Check your computer for low memory or low disk space and try again.
How do delete the above

I have plenty of both

Hi Bob,

Read the top portion at this link and then do the section for the folder that you have the stuck "undeletable" message in. It should clear it out for you.

I have 20 in my deleted folder and 2 in my inbox folder. Four more were
added to the deleted folder this morning.

Hi Bergermeister460,

Check to see if they can be deleted in each folder, and then:

Read the top portion at this link and then do the "To Reset Windows Mail" section. It should clear it out for you.

When you get tired of dealing with that problem, upgrade your
Windows Mail to Windows Live Mail.

I had to reinstall my OS. When I logged in, I noticed all of my subfolders
I'd created and its mail was gone. Is there a way to retrieve it & if so,
where is it?
