| Guest | Printing a Contact Group - Windows Mail I have several contact groups. When I open the group the members of the grop appear in alpha order (whic is good). However, when I print the group by clicking the printer icon, the group prints OK but the order is not alpha. Somtimes it is last first (sort of), sometimes it is first name first (maybe). It is not the order in which I added them to the group. I am at a loss. If all my groups had only a few names I would not care but four or five have a large number (60 to 135). What I want to do is to print the e-mail contact group in alpha order. Can anyone help?? I have spent hours reading the various threads, reading texts, etc. -- Just a MS user |

| Guest | Re: Printing a Contact Group - Windows Mail I think about all you can do is export to a CSV file, open that in Excel, then do your sorting and printing in Excel. | Guest | Re: Printing a Contact Group - Windows Mail Gary, Thank you for the reply, I have already tried that. The method you suggest export all contacts, even if I highlight the members of the group. I want only the contact group. -- Just a MS user "Gary VanderMolen" wrote: > I think about all you can do is export to a CSV file, open that in Excel, > then do your sorting and printing in Excel. > > Gary VanderMolen > > > "decision" <decision@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:08A57189-FC15-48C0-8689-D724F7C1474B@microsoft.com... > >I have several contact groups. | Guest | RE: Printing a Contact Group - Windows Mail I have the same problem with them printing out of order. But the real problem is it prints only the names, and not the email addresses. Is there something I'm missing here, or is this just one more thing Windows Mail is not capable of doing? I'm replacing Windows Mail with Outlook, but since I can't export the list to Outlook, I need to at least be able to print them out and re-enter them.
