In fact when I try to delete my mail trash it says " unknown error has occured", then it erases only one message. It is quite long to eliminate all the mails ;o) I don' t understand because it worked welle for the past two months. Thank you for your suggestions Philippe You have the "Stuck" undeletable message problem. Read the top portion at this link and do the section for the folder that you have the stuck message in. It will get rid if it for you. Windows Mail problems Shawn |
