Vista - cannot received email solution

It sounds like your Norton antivirus on scanning incoming e mails is
blocking your emails from your ISP.
Solution; load AVG free addition from internet and uninstall your Norton
trial addition, this should sort your e mail problem out

I am having basically the same problem. The only difference being that I
cannot make Windows Mail the default Mail Handler from the General tab on
the
Tools | Options dialog.

Would the same solution for this problem fix my problem?
