outlook express link won't open defaults set

The links in the e-mail does not open when I click on it. All the defaults
for Outlook Expressn and Explorer are set. All the defaults are set. I
appreciate your help in resloving this issue.
Another issue is there is a delay when i click other windows that are open.
Nothing happens when i try to read the other window or when I try to move it.
It is frustrating. Thank-you.

Hi,

Double check and make sure that Windows Mail and Internet Explorer (or your browser) both have all of their default associations set to them. See this section, "Set Your Default Programs File Type Associations :" at the bottom, for how to do it.

Default Programs

If you already did this, then check this setting in Windows Mail:
1. Click Tools.
2. Click Options.
3. Click Security tab.
4. Dot "Internet Zone"
5. Uncheck "Block images and other external content......"
6. Click Ok

Hope this helps,
Shawn
