| | Re: can't receive email in win mail When it halts on the third message, do the first two messages download okay? Does it download those first two messages over and over? If so, there is a stuck message on the mail server. If you have webmail access, inspect the messages sitting on the server to see if you can spot the bad one. It will typically be the oldest and/or biggest one. Delete it. If you don't have webmail access, you can use http://mail2web.com. | | Re: can't receive email in win mail Thanks again. i tried the mail2web. It says I have no messages. Wierd. I also noticed that there are the same 2 messages over and over in my junk mail. So, it sounds like you pinpointed the problem and I need to delete that one message, but I can't get to it. Any suggestions?
