Windows Mail Contacts

I have several entries in my windows mail contacts. However when addressing
a new message the mail program does not
use the windows contact file for addresses. How do I establish a
relationship between the two?

Re: Windows Mail Contacts

Use the Contacts and Vista will learn each one for future use (better than
OE as EVERY entry beginning the same would come up).

Re: Windows Mail Contacts

I have folders in contacts with several contacts in each.... under the old
OE, I had the option of choosing a specific folder and then selecting the
contact "to address mail to". I can not figure out how to make this happen
in Mail.... EVERY contact displays when I click on "TO". This is not
efficient... to scroll through all contacts. Thanks for any tips on how to
get the Contact setup to display as I want it to.

Re: Windows Mail Contacts

you have to set up GROUPS to do anything similar to what in OE.
the exact thing you describe from OE is not available in WM.

Re: Windows Mail Contacts

Contacts do not work very well in Windows Mail.
If you need that feature, upgrade to Windows Live Mail:
