| | windows contacts crash I just got a new laptop running Windows Vista Home Premium. I opened win contacts added 2 new groups and then tried to delete them, all to see how the program operated. After selecting any group or contact and selecting any menue or tool bar item, such as delete, the prog. would stop and an error message stateing that "windows explorer had encountered a problem" windows contacts would shut down and then windows explorer would shut down then restart. This happens every time I run windows contacts and try to perform any file function. Has anyone had similar problems? Is there a solution for this? |
