Vista Tutorial - mail stuck in inbox

I am using Windows mail and have an email in my inbox that can not be opened
or deleted. It tells me that "Message could not be displayed
Windows Mail encountered an unexpected problem while displaying this
message. Check your computer for low memory or low disk space and try again."
This is a brand new computer with Vista and I don't know how to get this
email off. Can anyone help?

Hi Marthann,

Read the top portion at this link and do the "To Reset Windows Mail" section. It will get rid of it for you.
