How to change the "From" when I send email

Now that I have Windows Mail, I recently realized that when I send an email,
the people that receive it only see my first name "Mike" in the From heading.
Since they do not see a complete email address, they delete the message,
assuming it's just spam. I cannot seem to find where I can change a setting
to include my entire email address with any message I send.

Thanks
Mike

Look in tools menu>accounts>mail>select account>properties>general tab>in
the 'NAME' line, insert what they like to see?
