Vista - MSN Mail No Longer Supports HTTP

What is wrong with you people? I have had my email account for 6 years! Now
that I'm using Vista I cannot use my MSN email account?

I am in the middle of a job search! I cannot just change my email address!

Have you lost your mind? Please tell me this is a mistake.... and that I am
misunderstanding this situation.

You have the right group to complain in but the wrong culprit. MSN email
does support HTTP, it is Vista's Win Mail that does not. Depending on your
threshold for excitement you might want to try the Beta version of Windows
Live Mail. It does support MSN HTTP. (I tried it and was reasonable pleased,
there were some features with blocking newsgroup senders that didn't work
for me so went back to Vista mail).

Write to MS, but first move from WM to WLM
http://get.live.com/betas/maildesktop_betas
Then you can keep the same address.

I was about to aske the same ques. how am i supposed to know about servers,
and pop3 blah,blah.I am trying to learn this stuff and finding vista very
daunting indeed
now i know what the DOS people had to endure! now, if i go to use this beta
version ,will vista go crazy or will it leave me alone?? also,can you direct
me to the proper forum for sending scanned documents?
