(1) Your SMTP port is incorrect for your outgoing emails (2) Your Anti Virus is set to scan incoming and outgoing emails. Disable this feature. I disabled my anti virus software that was scanning my e-mail months ago, because I could not send or receive e-mail. They need to be uninstalled and replaced with a Vista compatible alternative such as the free Avast or AVG. I can give you a workaround for this problem if you tell me who your ISP is.
