KB933928

I am getting error message when composing mail at the TO: "unable to choose
recipients". It seems to be caused by KB933928. When I uninstall that
update, the problem goes away. There has got to be a better solution?

Re: KB933928

The only solution I know of is to upgrade to WLM:
http://get.live.com/betas/maildesktop_betas

Either that, or keep rejecting the KB933928 update.

Re: KB933928

Does any body know if Microsoft is aware of this problem? This has been
going on for 6 weeks or more, with no solution from Microsoft.

Re: KB933928

I have no idea if MS knows. They should if they read the
newsgroups they sponsor.

Re: KB933928

This is a beta (although Vista Mail seems beta considering that email is not
exactly a new application and the problems I am having with it. How hard
can it be to write a reliable email program?). Will it continue to be a
free program? How far from release? Does it work well?

Re: KB933928

Most people who have tried WLM agree with me that it works
better than WM. Yes, it will be free. Microsoft has not given a
final release date, but my guess is about three months.
The rumor is that there will be one more public beta build before
the final release.
