How to create multiple windows mail database files

Is there a way to create multiple database files for the folders in Windows
Mail. I have a client who's mail folders are too large and cumbersome, and
he wants to archive them in different folders, so as to make the usage of
windows mail more efficient.

Thanks in advance.

Hi David,

Your client could use the Export messages (File menu) feature in Windows Mail to archive the messages to a different new folder location and Import them back whenever your client likes.

Re: How to create multiple windows mail database files

You can also get my WMIDs program which will allow you to have multiple
stores (www.oehelp.com/WMIDs/)

But the messages are now stored individually and separate from the database,
so the issue of bloating that came up with OE is no longer relevant.
