| Guest | please help I have a hotmail account, i know that windows mail does not reconize it but i would like to switch id rather access my email on my desktop then sign in to haotmail everytime. how do i create a new email account( one that windows mail will reconize) |

| Administrator ![]() ![]() | Re: please help You will never get Windows Mail to work with a HTTP (website) email server. A good option for you is to switch to Windows Live Mail instead. It will automatically integrate your Windows Mail messages and accounts into it and you can have your Hotmail account in there all at the same time. It is much better in my opinion.
