Vista Tutorial - Facing Problem In Windows Mail

We herein wish to state that we have all our data,emails files etc in Window
XP (Outlook Express) and now we wish to transfer them all in Windows Vista's
- windows mail.

For this purpose we have gone through your procedure on lin but we are not
able to accomplish our task.

You are kindly requested to please let us know in detail about the process
that has to be carried out as we need the transfer very urgently.

I bought new Dell Laptop, Intel core 2 duo with built in Vista Home Basic
from Karachi Pakistan on Apr 21, 07.
Since I bought this machine with vista windows, I'm in great problem & still
unable to get my old email data from outlook express. If there's any
authorized dealer of Microsoft support in Karachi, Pakistan who may assist me
to resolve this problem?

If no, then Please offer me free license xp window in replacement of vista
home basic? Because there's no use of vista for me and my laptop is still
useless for me without mails data.
