Vista - windows mail not shutting down correctly

jdhappach n/a posts	windows mail not shutting down correctly I also have this problem. Has anyone solved this? I was trying to transfer my Outlook Express to my laptop Windows mail in Vista and it sayas it did not shut down correctly.
