Not all emails loading, causing a loop

When I open Windows Mail, emails start to load, then I get an error message
saying message #'s 14-whatever couldn't be retrieved. Because of this I get
the same first 13 emails over and over again. I tried to shut down all the
anti-virus type software just so the emails would load, then handle them
manually, but that isn't working either.

Can anyone help? I'm pretty sick of getting the same 13 emails over and
over again. Plus, now the message says #14-129.

A message on the server is corrupted.
You will have to access the server via webmail to delete that
bad email. If your IP doesn't offer webmail access, you can
use http://mail2web.com.
