Vista - Is all of my email lost? (Vista Reloaded)

Long story, short. Had major computer problems. Software & Hardware
manufacturers kept pointing finger at other. Finally was told I had to do a
full reload of Vista. Was promised all of my personal files would be saved.
Did reload, all problems fixed, found all of my old files, but can't locate
any of my old email. Is it lost, or do I not know where to look? Any and
all help is appreciated. Thanks!!!!

You probably have a new userprofile.
The windows mail default store folder is
%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows Mail\

See Ron's reply. Search for *.eml and you might be able to find the old
messages.
