| | Re: Problem It means what it says. There is not a program associated with whatever you are trying to open. For example, .txt opens with NotePad. ..doc with Word ..pdf with Acrobat or Acrobat Reader or other and so on and so on. What you need to do is find one of the file types, right click and select Open With. then choose the program you want to use to open it, check the box to let it do it each time.
