..PST files are from Office Outlook not Outlook Express. To use them,
install Outlook on your new Vista computer, copy the .PST files to a folder
on your hard drive (be sure to NOT OVERWRITE any .PST files that were
created when you installed Outlook), make sure these files aren't set READ
ONLY (which usually happens when files are stored on CD, DVD, or other read
only media), then re-connect them to Outlook:
