| | Windows Mail (Vista) - unable to delete e-mail message I have received a "junk" mail message (confirmed by ISP), I am unable to delete it - Windows Mail does not action request. Mail still opperates but clearly this is a MICROSOFT software issue. Is there a fix inhand / available? Have exhausted all standard options. Chirs (UK) |

Chirs (UK) Read the top portion at this link and try the "Stuck Message in Junk E-Mail" section. It may do the trick for you. If not you can proceed to the "To Reset Windows Mail" section. Problem solved....whish they were all so easy!
