| | need help setting up windomail i think i have it set-up right, but im not sure. me and my husband use the computer at home and we use yahoo as our main email. but i dont like to go to yahoo to get my email. i would rather use windows mail and anyways, when i click on a link it wants to use windows mail so how do i fix this? btw this is the error messege i get: Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection. Possible causes for this include server problems, network problems, or a long period of inactivity. Subject 'test', Account: 'www.yahoo.com', Server: 'yahoo.com', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10053, Error Number: 0x800CCC0F |

Which territory are you in? If the UK follow these instructions the are written for Outlook express but will do for Windows Mail. |

You might not be able to use a free USA yahoo account, only the premium accounts are POPable, without an additional utility such as http://ypopsemail.com/ |
