Blocked Sender / Domain List

I entered a specific sender's email address and his domain in the blocked
sender's list, however his emails continue to show up in the new message
folder. They're not being blocked. As it stands now, it's useless for me to
use the blocked sender feature as it just doesn't work. Any thoughts/tips?

Re: Blocked Sender / Domain List

Are you talking about an email sender or a news poster?
Are you sure this person has not altered his email address
since you blocked it? If it keeps failing, try a message rule.

Hi KCRP,

Try right clicking the email message and click "Junk e-mail > Add sender to blocked senders list" instead. This will put it in the Junk folder. Also, check your Junk filter settings to make sure that it is on.

Hope this helps,
Shawn
