Most email programs delete POP3 mail from the server when they download it,
so it can no longer be downloaded on another computer.
These instructions work for both Outlook Express and Windows Mail:
1. Click Tools | Accounts.
2. Double click the account.
3. Click the Advanced tab.
4. Check (tick) the box to leave as copy on the server and the two boxes
below it.
