I have new Vista Home Premium system (pre-installed).
I had problems with Vista Mail program as mentioned by others - error
picking up mail, folders not available and other strange error messages.
These all went away when I removed the free trial McAfee security software.
Went with AVG Free and no problems.
I do have one problem with Vista Mail that I did not have on old computer
with Outlook Express.
When I am in create message mode - I cannot get the address auto complete
function to work.
When I type beginning of email address, it does not show me any matching
addresses.
I have checked the box to enable auto complete in Tools, options, send, and
it still does not work.
I can type a few characters, and then click on the Find/contact icon, and
that works, but is so much slower than the OE autocomplete mode. Do I have
a bad DLL file or something else stopping this function from working?

Auto-complete does not work very well in Windows Mail.
That bug has been fixed in Windows Live Mail, which you
can download and upgrade to:
http://get.live.com/en-us/betas/maildesktop_betas

can you reply set the mail so i can get a email that work
