Can only send email on exiting Mail

I have deactivated my firewall, deleted my account and restarted and created
a new account and still have the same problem. I can only send/receive email
when I exit Mail. The send button does not do anything !

Is it it possible to reinstall Mail ?

Hi Richard,

I'm sorry, but if you would try it you will see to that you will need to uninstall Norton first, then delete your email account and recreate it again.

You have nothing to loose,
Shawn
