| | deleted items are not shown in folder 'deleted items' When i deleted items from inbox, they are not shown in the folder 'deleted items' however, when i open local folders in app.data/local/microsoft/windows mail/local folders, they are still there! By removing from inbox, the deleted items are highlighted but when clicking on folder 'deleted items' , they are disapear. I have contacted hp helpdesk, but they can't find a solution. Anybody who can help? fwawer@xxxxxx |

Anybody who can help? fwawer@xxxxxx It sounds like you do not have the "Show All Messages" selected. Open the Deleted Items Folder and click View, Current View, Show All Messages. Shawn |

| | Re: deleted items are not shown in folder 'deleted items' Hi, I had a similar problem, just couldnt delete some mail, In the end I discovered that if you right click on the message that refuses to go into the delete box, and mark it as unread, then you can delete it. Not sure this will help you.
