Vista - Windows Mail Server names

New computer with Vista and ISP Orange. Want to set up Windows Mail e-mail
but stumped when setup asks for POP3 & SMTP server names.Appreciate this
information. Many thanks.

I'll you have Norton or McAfee antivirus software
preinstalled on your new PC you should give serious
consideration to getting rid of them since they are incompatible
with Windows Mail and will screw you in due course
(randomly but at a time of maximum inconvenience.)

A tried and tested alternative is Avast (free.)

NB.
Email AV scanning is superfluous and should
be omitted during the install process.

i am new to this forum. so i like looking through the problems for when i
stumble. it would be nice to think that there are genuine people that want to
help. bearing in mind, this person needing help with there pop and smtp have
probably been pulling there hair out for hours before they even got to here.
and thats the reply they get. enough to smash ones computer up completley.
