Windows Mail

I can receive e-mail, but can't send. What is going on? I am tired of this
happening and all my seetings are correct......

Hi Kelly,

You may have a stuck undeletable message in your Outbox. Read the "First" section at this tutorial, and install the KB941090 Update. It should fix you up if that is the problem.
