Vista - Verify format of recipient

When I send a email I keep getting this message(After you verify the format
of your recipient addresses, McAfee recommends that you resend those messages
from your e-mail program.)(E-mail scanning encountered a problem: This e-mail
message cannot be sent. After you verify the format of you recipient

program.
Command Sent: RCPT TO:

Command received: 550 Recipient Rejected: Relay not allowed) When I used
outlook express I never had problems. So how do I fix this?

I'm having the same problem, someone please help.

After uninstalling your non-compatible antivirus, download

I was able to fix my problem by going into my internet accounts in my email
and then clicking on the server that I use and then clicking servers and
checking the outgoing mail server authentication box and I haven't had any
problems since.
