Pictures when clicking on a link - additional info

Just found out the pictures will open when I open the link in Internet
Explorer. My default is Firefox and they will not open in that. ?? So
when the email is sent, I can copy the link, close email, open the link in
internet explorer and then it works, when I used to be able to just click on
the link. ??
P.S. I am so non-techy11

Re: Pictures when clicking on a link - additional info

Chances are, the links will open from Windows Mail if you make
IE your default browser.

I thought of that, but don't know how to do it. Do you and can you advise me
if it is easy? Thanks very much.

Re: Pictures when clicking on a link - additional info

Alternatively, you should be able to do this from within Internet
Explorer: Tools, Internet Options, Programs.
