| | Email Address Display When I send a bulk email it lists everyones email address and I do not want it to do so. I would like it to just display the names as in Outlook Express. I have changed it to view by list and I have tried BCC but that doesn't fix the issue. If I BCC, it doesn't show the addresses to the recipient but what it does say is undisclosed recipient in place of all the email addys which is almost as annoying, especially when you send an email to many people. I have been looking for a solution all day long and I am guessing there is no way around it but I would love some input.... Thanks! |

| | Re: Email Address Display I wonder why system could show only names and not addresses of other recipients...then everyone knows who got message and who didn't. bj "leeannt" <leeannt@xxxxxx> wrote in message news:6D2E123A-E730-45A9-82B2-7D49C395224B@xxxxxx Quote: > When I send a bulk email it lists everyones email address and I do not > want > it to do so. | | Re: Email Address Display Open the contact card in the place where it says full name type the name you would like to show in the To: field. I am not sure about WM but in WLM this also works if you type the name you would like to show in the Nickname field.
