E-Mails

I have a Local Area Network Broadband connection which works well with
Internet Explorer and Google. My problem is that Windows Mail cannot connect
to my internet connection and therefore I cannot send or receive mail. Any
suggestions please.

RE: E-Mails

Have you set up an account in WM to access your ISP's email servers? You
will need to configure the account (Tools, Accounts) according to settings
usually provided on the ISP's web site for accessing email with Vista's
Windows Mail or Outlook Express. Those settings will include server names,
ports, login info, security measures, etc. that allow Windows Mail to access
your ISP's email servers.
Windows mail supports the POP3 or IMAP protocols if you encounter those
terms on the ISP's web site.
