| | Type too large in printed emails I've read some questions about too-small type: I have the opposite problem. No matter what I do to the settings in Windows Mail (& IE), this only affects the view, not the printing. The type in my print-outs is very large, with much space between the lines, so that three paragraphs fill a page & I'm wasting paper printing out messages. Any suggestions very welcome! -- Turkk |

| | Re: Type too large in printed emails Dear Frank, Many thanks. Yes, this does work but I can't believe it is necessary to reduce the viewing size of an internet page--to a size where it is difficult to read easily--in order to print out emails in smaller type! (Or, for those with the opposite problem, to have to make the type size on internet pages too large in order to get larger type in email printouts.) Surely Microsoft can do better than that! In my previous email program, which I have had to abandon until it works out how to cope with Vista, I could choose the font & type size for displaying emails, and if I printed them they would be in that font & size.
