| | Outgoing Messages in Windows Mail (Vista) Windows Mail will no longer send outgoing messages. I can still receive. I have disabled e-mail scanning in McAfee but it did not help. Why would this happen suddenly when I've been having no problems for months? |

| | Re: Outgoing Messages in Windows Mail (Vista) Do you have a message stuck in your Outbox> Here is the Microsoft fix: http://support.microsoft.com/default...b/941090/en-us Note: The page title says Outbox, but this fix will also work for other Windows Mail folders. Also, McAfee has very well known problems with Windows Mail and you may want to completely uninstall it and use a free less invasive anti-virus product such as AVG or Avast. You will need to uninstall McAfee completely. Read the "First" section in this tutorial for details on why. You may try installing the KB941090 Update from Microsoft first to see if it will help.
