    Windows mail

I recently installed Office 2003 but Outlook will not work because of Windows
mail. I have tried to uninstall Windows Mail but the program name does not
appear in the list of programs. Any idea the name of the progam? Why can't
I run Outlook without uninstalling Windows mail

    Re: Windows mail

You cannot uninstall WIndows Mail, as it is part of the OS. If you don't
wish to use it, just remove any accounts that you have entered.
Windows Mail can, and will operate concurrently with Outlook.
The main problem will be which program is set to handle the default email
    functions.

Make sure you give Outlook all its defaults, which you can do
    in the Default Programs applet.
