accessing work outlook express from home windows mail

can someone explain to me what I need to do to succeed at this? I currently
have outlook express at work for work email, but I would like to be able to
access it from home and I have Mocrosoft mail here, but it is not set up yet.
Do i need any info from my work computer to do this?

You need to set up WM with the account settings used on your OE set up,
Tools>accounts>info from all tabs, both operate the same so set up is the
    same.
You must ensure that you configure both machines to leave a copy of the
messages on the server, so that both get all messages. Tools>accounts>select
    account>properties>advanced tab.
Also set ONE of the machines to delete from server after a suitable number
of days, or your server mailbox will fill up.

    Any problems, get back here.

I have a similar problem, OE at work and WM at home, but I am working
overseas and need to transfer mail downloaded in WM to OE. Connections are
too poor to download mails twice! Is there a tool for converting WM messages
back to an OE mailbox? Previously I moved the mails I wanted to transfer to
a separate mailbox then copied that .dbx file to a memory stick to take to
the other computer. I would like to do something similar now.
