| | ive tried everything suggested, anymore ideas?? I still cannot get my windows mail working. Ive checked with isp and settings are correct. Ive uninstaled norton and downloaded avast. Ive stopped email scanning. Ive removed email account details then re entered them and shut down the computer.Now all Im getting is a pop up contantly asking for my user name and password!!! i know im entering them correctly. Ive been doing it for 3 days now. If this problem cant be solved look out 4 a brand new acer laptop on ebay next week at a bargain price! (it may have a hammer embedded in itby then though!!!!) |

Don't jump on me for stating the obvious, but even though you are entering the password correctly now is there a slim possibility that when you remade the account that you didn’t enter it correctly then?
