Windows Mail as default

    Windows Mail as default

    Somehow Win Mail has been been reclassified as non default. I have reset as
    default several times but this reset will not save. Any ideas?

    Hi Tim,

    You will need to go into Default Programs to set Windows Mail as the default. This tutorial will show you how.

    Do you have Microsoft Office or Outlook installed? Sometimes
    updates for those will reset the default email program.

    If you have Outlook installed it will reset itself as default every time it
    gets an update. I think even an update to its junk mail filter.
