You will need to contact your email provider and double check your email account SMTP server settings. They should have a webpage on how to setup a email account with Outlook Express or Windows Mail. As such, you will have severe problems using its SMTP server, due to what is known as a 'port 25 block' policy employed by most ISPs. As a workaround, you can substitute the name of your ISP's SMTP server for 'smtp.ejet-va.com'. I did go back through the initial set up procedure a few days ago but nothing happened straight away I had given up thinking the problem was to do with norton security, so sorry don,yt know how i did it but it is now working fine.
