Not receiving all e-mails

Has anybody had any trouble with receiving e-mails from certain
people/domains? I have been having problems with some of my e-mails coming
through. The e-mail domains I know I am having problems with are clas.net
and myvcs.net. Some of the e-mails come through, but some do not. I have
the particular e-mails I know this is happening with on my safe senders list.
I have also checked and made sure that the domains these e-mails are coming
from are not on my blocked list. Why would I not be getting e-mails from
certain domains? I am a realtor, and I NEED to be able to get ALL e-mails.
Thanks in advance for any help anybody is able to give!!

Hi Tis_a_bell,

You might check with your email provider to see if those domains are on their email server's black (blocked) list.

RE: Not receiving all e-mails

Have you written any message rules that may be filtering them out? It may
not be anything on your end, however. It may be some rule or restriction in
the sender's program or some email server's rules.

Re: Not receiving all e-mails

This problem probably has nothing to do with your email program.
How do you know that certain emails are not coming through?
Do those senders get a bounce or non-delivery notice?

Yes I'm having the same problem. If someone sends something to both
my gmail and yahoo accounts, I only get the yahoo.

RE: Not receiving all e-mails

I am having the same problem.... I am receiving emails from some domains and
not others. I have been in touch with my internet provider but they say they
cant see a problem although they do admit they have done recent work on the
email server. These same people who are not able to contact me with their
emails can still do so when they use their HOTMAIL addies.
I am baffled.
If anyone has any other suggestions I would greatly appreciate their help
with this.

Re: Not receiving all e-mails

Unless you happen to have those senders or domains on your Blocked
Senders list, this is not likely to be a Windows Mail problem. Can you
go online to the mail server via webmail to see if those missing messages
are sitting on the server?
The most likely scenario is that your email provider has those senders
on a blacklist because someone from that domain was sending a lot of spam.
The senders who can't email you, do they get a 'bounce' or non-delivery
notice?
