Vista - i dont know what im doing

im tryin to set up an e mail thing so i can respond to craigslist.org adds
and i cant i dont know how to find pop3 or whatever that is i dont understand
can someone help me please i have a dell xps m1330 with winpows vista

When an email contact is given I just click on it and answer, usually with a
copy to myself. I always copy the cl posting so I have a ready reference.

Hi go to tools on the e-mail tool bar and click on Accounts just answer the
questions set up new account when you get to POP3 enter your e-mail address
like this mail.basilino.co.uk
