Do you have the option to use IMAP for email?
If you do it leaves the mail on the server but manipulates it like its
local.
So either could read it or delete or forward it, etc. from any machine with
an account on it.

Thanks All for your posts. I have followed your instructions and we can now
see all emails from both user accounts for Vista.
